Nintendo News Roundup: Last Story, Kid Icarus, Mario Tennis and releases.

Yes it’s been a rather busy few days in the world of Nintendo with a lot going on. Here’s a round-up of the latest news.

The Last Story: Whilst we in Europe will receive the game tomorrow those in North America finally can smile about this game.  The Last Story has been announced for the region, it will be published by Xseed Games and will be available sometime “this year”.

Mario Tennis Open: The Mario tennis game for the 3DS now has a name and a release date of 20th ay NA, 24th May Japan and the 25th May for Europe.

Kid Icarus: There were reports that Nintendo.co.uk had taken the release date of the game down earlier in the week.  This is true however earlier today in the news section they posted:

“Kid Icarus: Uprising will launch across Europe on March 23rd with 6 Kid Icarus AR cards included, but there are more to collect to boost your collection. The exclusive Kid Icarus AR Cards will also be available through Club Nintendo. For 250 Stars you’ll be able to get 2 packs containing 6 AR cards each; watch out for extremely rare cards hidden in certain packs. And to get the freshest news, make sure to follow the official Kid Icarus Twitter feed @Kid IcarusUK.”

European release date round-up:

22nd February: Dillons Rolling Western.

24th February: The Last Story.

2nd March: Mario Party 9

9th March: Metal gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D

16th March: Bit.Trip Saga/Complete and Inazuma Eleven 2: Blizzard & Firestorm.

23rd March: Kid Icarus Uprising, PokePark 2: Wonders beyond.

13th April: Pandora’s Tower.
